Phar Lap Racing Tours  has made every endeavour to ensure that brochure details are correct but as Phar Lap Racing Tours relies greatly  upon information provided to it  by the relevant tour and accommodation  operators,  it can accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription contained in this publication as a result of information so supplied. Sales of services described are made  by Phar Lap Racing Tours solely as agent for the person or company providing the service. Phar Lap Racing Tours cannot accept responsibility for the subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown: all are subject to alteration without notice. Phar lap Racing Tours or your  Travel Agent will advise you of changes of which it is aware.

Deposits and Final Payment

Bookings more than 60 days prior to travel.

1. Deposit  of $ 200.00 per adult  must be paid within 7 days of booking.

2. Final payment must be made  by  8th JUNE 2011

Bookings made under 60 days prior to travel 

1.  Full payment is due.  Failure to confirm to the above will result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds.

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of $100 per person plus any supplier/airline cancellation fees ,will apply. Cancellation inside 45 days of  departure or where for some reason, services  included in your holiday are not used will not receive a full refund. In these circumstances some tour and accommodation operators require full payment for the services booked but not used and all require, at least  a cancellation fee. When a refund is requested for any reason it must be accompanied by all relevant tickets and documents together with a written explanation as to why  the cancellation was made or the  services not used. Phar Lap Racing Tours will deduct from the money you have paid, all the amounts claimed by operators as cancellation fees, and refund the balance.
