Airfares are based on Group airfare conditions. Should other fare types be used, the costs will adjust accordingly. Airfares are subject to alteration without notice.
Responsibilities.
Phar Lap Travel has made every endeavour to ensure that brochure details are correct but as Phar Lap Travel relies greatly upon information provided to it by the relevant tour and accommodation operators, it can accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription contained in this publication as a result of information so supplied. Sales of services described are made by Phar Lap Travel solely as agent for the person or company providing the service. Phar Lap Travel cannot accept responsibility for the subsequent change or withdrawal of prices, details or services shown: all are subject to alteration without notice. Phar lap Travel or your Travel Agent will advise you of changes of which it is aware before you book your holiday.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is available with Phar Lap Travel which covers deposit, airfare and accommodation content. For further details check with your travel adviser.
Deposits and Final Payment
1. Deposit of $ 200.00 per adult must be paid within 7 days of booking.
2. Final payment must be made by 10th February 2009
Cancellation and refunds.
If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to departure any money you have paid will be refunded in full, except where non refundable air tickets have been issued.. However, full refunds will not be possible where cancellations are made under 45 days prior to departure or where for some reason, services included in your holiday are not used. In these circumstances some tour and accommodation operators require full payment for the services booked but not used and all require, at least a cancellation fee. When a refund is requested for any reason it must be accompanied by all relevant tickets and documents together with a written explanation as to why the cancellation was made or the services not used. Phar Lap Travel will deduct from the money you have paid, all the amounts claimed by operators as cancellation fees, and refund the balance.
